1950s cabinet by French designer André Sornay. The structure is made of solid mahogany and veneered wood, highlighted by a system of brass nails perfectly aligned around the edges of the furniture (see photos). The large door opens onto a series of solid wood racks and shelves. Very nice central copper handle. Excellent vintage condition, slight traces of time and use on the whole. Designer’s signature inside the cabinet (photo). Recommendation: it is better to fix the cabinet to the wall as it tends to tip over when the door is fully open.
