Large Art Deco cabinet from the 1930s by French designer André Sornay. Solid wood and veneered structure with a studded finish on both sliding doors, typical of the designer. The two doors open onto a series of shelves on each side. Understated and elegant design with attractive manufacturing details. Very good vintage condition, with signs of use and age throughout the cabinet, particularly at the bottom, and a small chip (see photos).
