After initially pursuing a career as an architect, Katia chose to devote herself fully to her passion for ceramics, creating a world where the precision of architectural design meets the spontaneity of clay. For more than two years, she has been exploring the infinite possibilities of chamotte clay through a demanding and deeply sensitive practice.
In collaboration with our gallery, she has created a collection of organic light fixtures, each entirely handcrafted. Each piece is the result of patient and meticulous work, in which the forms and finishes are studied with great precision.
Her sculptural creations reveal an intimate dialogue between light, material, and architecture. Each light fixture bears the mark of the artisan’s touch and reflects a constant quest for balance, precision, and elegance.
