Sideboard of the Lyon designer André Sornay dating from the 40s. Structure in veneered and solid Oregon pine, stained on the bottom of the base in black. The sideboard is composed of a buffet part and a shelf. Note the beautiful work of finishes, the furniture being entirely studded with brass nails perfectly aligned. The wood that brings out the natural flames of the Oregon pine for a very graphic rendering reinforced by the full height handle of the buffet part. Excellent vintage condition of the set (see photo) with very slight traces of time and use.
