Rare pair of art deco sconces by the Russian artist Vadim Androusov from the 30’s, who worked in close collaboration with the French decorator André Arbus. Structure of the sconces in white plaster representing a mermaid with three heads. Sober and very elegant sconces with a sculptural design. Very nice vintage condition of this pair, slight traces of time and use on the plaster (see pictures). Recommended Led bulb type B22, sockets independent of the sconces.
